Eligible Refunds
- Damaged or incorrectly delivered items
- Items that arrive with compromised seals
- Incorrect products received
Non-Eligible Refunds
- Opened jars unless damaged upon arrival
- Products purchased during clearance or limited seasonal releases
- Taste-related dissatisfaction, as flavor perception is subjective
How to Request a Refund
- Email us with your order number and a description of the issue
- Include photographs of the damaged or incorrect items
- We will review your request within 3–5 business days
