We ship handcrafted marmalade directly from our workshop in Turkey. Shipping times and costs depend on your destination and will be displayed during checkout.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days
• Small-batch production may occasionally extend processing times

Delivery Times

• Domestic deliveries: 3–7 business days
• International deliveries: 7–21 business days

Packaging

All jars are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
